I hate the Government it controls the Justice System of the Philippines it kills our future!

!@#$%^ !@#$! Im so sorry I am bothered by the Government control on the Judiciary of our Country. The Administration Controls the Philippines Judicial System it kills us. what will happen in the future in 2010 beyond? I am afraid of my future. I am free but still, Im afraid to lived here in the Philippines. Election Fraud, Election related Violence, and the control of our Judicial System! I hope our next president is not a GMA or ERAP type leader they kill us! They kills our hope! They kill our dream!

It is a series of Conpiracy not only on the Ampatuan Issues but also the complex political warlordism and alliance in the country!

I condemned! the decision of Sec. Agra I will dub him as the AGRAbyado ang tao! He ruined his fathers name! He destroys the Agra's Morale and Pride. His Decision as i believe is the one who destroys the Judicial system in the Philippines! The Case is About a series of Multiple Murders! which killed 57 people most of them are media man and woman! This is Pathetic! He ruined the pride of the Prosecutor! I believe that His name will be listed on the most unpopular secretary of justice! The worst of all Secretaries and the worst man in our times.

His one and only master our BELOVED and HONORED president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo would appoint the next chief justice. YES! you hear me she can appoint a new chief justice!? A puppet of Her Majesty Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. 9 of our chief justice (appointed by Arroyo).

the justices voted 9-1- 2, just as they did in resolving the consolidated petitions. This means nine magistrates kept their stand that the ban on midnight appointments under Section 15, Article VII of the Constitution does not cover the chief justice post and therefore, Mrs. Arroyo can name the successor of Chief Justice Reynato Puno who retires on May 17.

"The nine are Justices Lucas Bersamin, Jose Perez, Roberto Abad, Martin Villarama, Teresita Leonardo-De Castro, Arturo Brion, Diosdado Peralta, Jose Mendoza and Mariano del Castillo. All are appointees of Mrs. Arroyo.
Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales maintained her dissent, while Justices Antonio Eduardo Nachura and Presbitero Velasco Jr. voted to grant the appeals that sought dismissal of the petitions for being premature.
Chief Justice Puno and the two most senior magistrates — Renato Corona and Antonio Carpio — again took no part in the voting". - By Edu Punay (Philstar News Service, www.philstar.com)
