I hate the Government it controls the Justice System of the Philippines it kills our future!

!@#$%^ !@#$! Im so sorry I am bothered by the Government control on the Judiciary of our Country. The Administration Controls the Philippines Judicial System it kills us. what will happen in the future in 2010 beyond? I am afraid of my future. I am free but still, Im afraid to lived here in the Philippines. Election Fraud, Election related Violence, and the control of our Judicial System! I hope our next president is not a GMA or ERAP type leader they kill us! They kills our hope! They kill our dream!

It is a series of Conpiracy not only on the Ampatuan Issues but also the complex political warlordism and alliance in the country!

I condemned! the decision of Sec. Agra I will dub him as the AGRAbyado ang tao! He ruined his fathers name! He destroys the Agra's Morale and Pride. His Decision as i believe is the one who destroys the Judicial system in the Philippines! The Case is About a series of Multiple Murders! which killed 57 people most of them are media man and woman! This is Pathetic! He ruined the pride of the Prosecutor! I believe that His name will be listed on the most unpopular secretary of justice! The worst of all Secretaries and the worst man in our times.

His one and only master our BELOVED and HONORED president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo would appoint the next chief justice. YES! you hear me she can appoint a new chief justice!? A puppet of Her Majesty Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. 9 of our chief justice (appointed by Arroyo).

the justices voted 9-1- 2, just as they did in resolving the consolidated petitions. This means nine magistrates kept their stand that the ban on midnight appointments under Section 15, Article VII of the Constitution does not cover the chief justice post and therefore, Mrs. Arroyo can name the successor of Chief Justice Reynato Puno who retires on May 17.

"The nine are Justices Lucas Bersamin, Jose Perez, Roberto Abad, Martin Villarama, Teresita Leonardo-De Castro, Arturo Brion, Diosdado Peralta, Jose Mendoza and Mariano del Castillo. All are appointees of Mrs. Arroyo.
Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales maintained her dissent, while Justices Antonio Eduardo Nachura and Presbitero Velasco Jr. voted to grant the appeals that sought dismissal of the petitions for being premature.
Chief Justice Puno and the two most senior magistrates — Renato Corona and Antonio Carpio — again took no part in the voting". - By Edu Punay (Philstar News Service, www.philstar.com)

“Everybody can be great... because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. a soul generated by love. “
- Martin Luther King, Jr.
“If a man is called to be a streetsweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted or Beethoven composed music or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause and say, "Here lived a great streetsweeper who did his job well."

Politics and Myth Building in connection with Political Warlordism: List of Hoax or Myth in Political Arena in the Philippines Part 1 of 3

Do you realize that every Politician has a political built up! of being a Champion of the Poor, a War Veteran or a Hero thingy without basis?
In-fact in the Pilipino Set-up we experienced this kind of a common Political Act of a Political animal well first Ill gonna define whats the meaning of Myth Building in Politics (well im so sorry for my wrong grammar) Myth Building in Politics is being driven by the power of media, news purveyors in newspapers, cable television and the Internet, and also by kith and kin, good friends and loyal devotees or by writing that THEY ARE A FILIPINO WAR VETERAN but honestly it is a cult Promotion in Politics and building a Political Influence.
The TOP 10 Myths in Politics:
Top 10: The Remulla Myth of Cavite - This is the myth of Political Clan of Cavite. Juanito Remulla came from a Lower Middle Class Family. He became a Governor of the Province from 1979 to 1995! he laid the foundation of Modern day Cavite with a Properous Agro-Industrialized Economy but in fact he committed brutal abused of Political Power by abusing, killing or Harrasing Native Farmer to convert their lands to Modern day industrial zone. His Myth as Unbeatable Kingpin became the foundation of the Modern day Remulla Clan yet in 1992 election he lost the election because of the killing of the only supporter of Ramos in Cavite the Ternate Mayor because of this Ramos take revenge in 1995 election: The ruling party then, Lakas-NUCD, worked to dislodge Remulla and his vice governor, Danilo Lara, by all means. Fielding National Bureau of Investigation chief Epimaco Velasco for governor and action star Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. for vice governor, Lakas funneled its campaign funds for the province to the Velasco-Revilla tandem, neglecting in the process its candidates for other positions. Days before the elections, soldiers raided Remulla’s house for highpowered arms; men in uniform were deployed to various parts of the province, presumably to prevent Magdalo from sowing violence and cheating in the elections.

Remulla and his vice governor lost—but the candidates of Magdalo, the party he single-handedly built after his benefactor, Ferdinand Marcos, was ousted in 1986, won practically all other positions down to municipal councilors. With Velasco’s programs paralyzed due to non-support from Magdalo members, Remulla, in effect, did not really lose control of Cavite.

TOP 9: The Villar Myth as the champion of the poor ii correct me i am wrong but is it obvious that Manny Villar is Trying to build his reputation as the Champion of the Poor and in fact Villar is commited a Fallacy "Aalising ko ang Kahirapan/ or wala na mag hihirap" I don't know what kind of Strategy it is? do you think that Poverty can be removed in a Republican-Democratic State? I guess Senator Villar is a big HOAX GIVER! even Japan or Iceland suffers Poverty, nor even United States if we would ask a Wyoming Farm Girl she would tell that villar committed a Rodeo Crime! Villar can change his Presidential advertisment and tell the Philippines "Uunti ang Mahihirap" My Professor thinks that Villar upsethis  intelectual supporters.

TOP 8: Aquino Clan/Noy Noy Myth: Correct me I am wrong guys Noy noy used his parents influence and Political Propaganda of No Corruption yet it is hard to tell the meaning of corruption? I dont know how can he remove the corruption in the Philippines because of the 3 following reason first is the Political Dynasty this Political Dynasty would Protect their Status quo and protecting their Status is somehow a Smelly Fish out of the Smelly Fish 2nd is that even the councilors, Policeman or barangay Tanods committed corruption guys are you familiar with this word the word kotong? Traffic enforcers Highway Patrol or even tanod would ask for their pangmeryenda! what the crap

Top 7: The Lito Lapid Myth Lito Lapid is concidered as Leon Gerrero a Cow Boy Playboy or a champion of the Filipino Masses! Hey Leon!? Why you are so popular that you ranked top 9 in senatorial Surveys yet your not good as i think. You are used by this Political Kings! crap!
